Penn IUR Public Interest Series

Meyerson Hall, Room B-3 | 5:30pm – 8:00pm

This feature length film from writer and filmmaker, Daniel Blake Smith, explores the personalities and accomplishments of Richard Baron and Jean King, two agents of change in the world of public housing. Baron and King show us how individuals can make a difference by invigorating individual lives and building vibrant neighborhoods and communities from distressed central cities. Together, Baron and King helped change the face of inner city life in St. Louis and beyond. Please join Penn IUR and Next American City magazine for a screening and discussion with Daniel Blake Smith, Jean King and Richard Baron.
